Role: Project Manager – Resort & Hotel Execution

About Us:

We are building boutique resorts, farm villas, and eco-hotels under Bilva & Sravana brand across Goa, Coastal Karnataka & Hyderabad. We need a doer who has built resorts/hotels before from scratch to handover.

Job Role:

You will be overall in-charge of end-to-end execution of 1-3 resort/hotel projects – from civil shell to finishing to opening.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution: Prepare BOQ, budget, timeline (Gantt), daily work schedule for resort/hotel site
2. Civil & Construction Management: Manage foundation, structure, masonry, waterproofing, landscape, hardscape – Civil background is added advantage
3. Interior & MEP Coordination: Coordinate with Architect, Interior Designer, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, STP, Fire teams
4. Vendor & Contractor Management: Identify, negotiate and manage civil contractors, interior contractors, furniture, kitchen equipment vendors
5. Cost & Quality Control: Track cost vs budget, avoid wastage, maintain quality as per 4-star/5-star resort standards
6. Licensing Support: Assist in getting construction permits,



panchayat approvals, fire NOC, tourism NOC
7. Reporting: Daily progress report with photos, weekly cost report to Director
8. Team Handling: Manage site engineers, supervisors, labour teams (30-50 people)

Must Have:

- 5+ years as Project Manager / Site Manager in Resort / Hotel / Villa / Holiday Home / Restaurant projects – Mandatory
- Handled at least 2 full projects from excavation to opening/handover
- Robust knowledge of civil, finishing materials, costing
- Can read AutoCAD drawings, BOQ, do measurements
- Willing to stay at remote site (Goa/Mangalore) and travel

Added Advantage (Preferred):

- Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil – http://B.Tech/B.E Civil
- Experience in eco-resorts, wooden cottages, steel structures
- Knowledge of Goa coastal construction rules (CRZ), laterite, sloping roofs
