Dium Lucis Technologies is looking for a Power Electronics Engineer to develop a 65 W GaN USB-C PD charger.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize 65 W flyback / quasi-resonant power supplies
- GaN power-stage and transformer design
- Synchronous rectification and USB-C PD/PPS implementation
- Simulation using MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice or PSIM
- Analyze switching waveforms, device stress, efficiency and thermal performance
- EMI/EMC debugging and hardware testing
- Prototype development from simulation to production-ready hardware
Preferred experience
- SMPS/flyback charger design experience
- 45–100 W USB-C PD charger development
- GaN devices and high-frequency magnetics
- USB PD/PPS controllers
- Experience taking a power supply through prototype, testing and certification
