About ROIS3D ROIS3D is a 3D printing and product development company working in FDM 3D printing, rapid prototyping, custom manufacturing and 3D printed products.

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and detail-oriented 3D Printing & Production Technician to manage day-to-day printing, finishing, assembly and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor FDM 3D printers.
- Load filament, start print jobs and remove completed parts.
- Identify print defects, failed prints, warping and quality issues.
- Perform basic printer cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Remove supports, trim, sand, file and finish 3D printed parts.
- Assemble components using screws, magnets, inserts, adhesives and other hardware.
- Perform basic painting, priming and touch-up work.
- Check dimensions and fit using tools such as Vernier calipers.
- Carry out quality checks before packing and dispatch.
- Maintain daily production workflow and production records.
- Track filament, paints, fasteners, consumables and other production materials.
- Report material shortages, machine problems and production delays.
- Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch.
- Assist with prototypes, product testing and basic measurement work.
- Maintain a clean and organized production workspace.

Required Skills

Must Have

- Basic understanding of 3D printing




- Basic computer knowledge
- Good hand skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to follow production instructions
- Basic inventory and record-management skills
- Willingness to perform hands-on production work

Preferred Skills
- Experience with FDM 3D printers
- Experience with Bambu Lab printers
- Knowledge of PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS/ASA and other filaments
- Knowledge of Bambu Studio or other slicing software
- Support removal, sanding and finishing experience
- Basic painting and product assembly experience
- Basic knowledge of SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar CAD software
- Experience in a workshop, manufacturing or production environment

Education & Experience

Preferred

- ITI
- Diploma
- Mechanical / Production-related qualification
- 12th Pass with relevant practical experience

Significant Note

This is a hands-on production role, not a desk-only position. The candidate will directly work on 3D printing, sanding, finishing, assembly, quality checking, inventory and packing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
