Sharptech Creations Pvt Ltd designs and builds exhibition stalls, event spaces, interiors, and retail branding. We work with exhibitors at trade fairs and with brands that need retail and event setups, from concept through on-site installation.

Role Overview

You will turn client briefs into 3D stall concepts and production-ready drawings. You will work with the sales, project, and production teams to deliver designs that are visually strong, buildable within budget, and compliant with exhibition venue rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D concepts and renders for exhibition stalls from client briefs, booth dimensions, and brand guidelines

- Prepare multiple design options for client presentations and revise them based on feedback

- Create detailed working drawings: plans, elevations, sections, and material and finish specifications

- Produce fabrication-ready files for the carpentry, metal, graphics, and electrical teams

- Coordinate with the estimation team to keep designs within approved budgets

- Check designs against organiser and venue guidelines (height limits, structural, electrical, and fire-safety norms)

- Support site teams during build with drawing clarifications and on-site design changes

- Maintain an organised library of project files, 3D models, and material references

- Stay current on exhibition design trends, materials,



lighting, and fabrication techniques

Required Skills

- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender, with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering tools

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D drawings

- Valuable command of Photoshop for post-production and presentation boards

- Understanding of stall construction: modular systems, wood and MDF work, trusses, flooring, lighting, and graphics

- Ability to read and translate client branding into spatial design

- Clear communication and the ability to work to tight deadlines on multiple projects

Preferred Skills

- Experience designing for large-format trade fairs (e.g., 36 sqm and above, double-storey or multi-side open stalls)

- Basic knowledge of material costing and BOQ preparation

- Familiarity with walkthrough or animation tools

- Exposure to retail or event interior design

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/ Non bachelor`s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field

- Portfolio of 3D stall or event design work (mandatory with application)
