Job Summary

Siemens Mobility is looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Mendix development, along with good knowledge of cloud technologies, REST APIs, databases, and application deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Mendix.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
- Develop and deploy web applications on cloud platforms.
- Integrate applications with RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
- Work with data platforms such as Snowflake / SDC and other external systems.
- Support application deployment and understand web servers, load balancers, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, business teams, and other stakeholders.
- Follow Agile/Scrum and Lean development practices.
- Apply rapid programming and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices where applicable.
- Participate in technical discussions, presentations, and solution design activities.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and ensure timely resolution.

Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience




- Strong understanding of Mendix application development
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based web applications
- Strong experience with REST APIs / Microservices
- Good knowledge of RDBMS and database integration
- Exposure to NoSQL databases
- Understanding of application deployment, web servers, and load balancers
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Solid communication and stakeholder-management skills

Good to Have
- Experience with Snowflake / SDC
- Knowledge of Java
- Experience with TDD
- Experience in rapid application development/programming
- Experience working with enterprise or large-scale applications
