Coordinate with the Sales Team, customers, and internal departments for smooth execution of sales activities.
Prepare and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, requirements, payments, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, Accounts, and other departments to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, sales enquiries, dispatches, and follow-ups.
Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, MIS reports, and other management reports.
Handle customer enquiries and provide necessary information regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.




Track pending orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and update customer and sales records regularly.
Support the Sales Team in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
