Floor Supervisor
Job Summary
Responsible for supervising daily floor operations, ensuring quick service, customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise floor staff and daily shift operations
Ensure quick, accurate, and friendly customer service
Manage staff deployment, breaks, and basic training
Handle customer issues and complaints
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and brand SOP compliance
Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS operations
Coordinate with kitchen for smooth order flow
Maintain cleanliness and service quality
Requirements
1–2 years food service experience
Basic supervisory and customer service skills
Ability to work in rapid-paced shifts
Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
