Responsibilities
Attend customers and provide an excellent in-store experience.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Handle billing, product display, stock arrangement, and basic store operations.
Assist customers with saree selection and draping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and premium store setting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
4 to 7 years of retail sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Interest in sarees, Indian handloom, handicrafts, and ethnic products.
Saree draping knowledge is an advantage.
English &
Hindi required
Kannada/Bengali preferred.
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.
