Sales Staff
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Gents preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in any retail industry
Assist customers and understand their requirements
Recommend suitable products and help customers with selections
Handle sales, billing and customer enquiries
Maintain product presentation and store standards
Support daily store operations and achieve sales targets
Incharge
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month
Working hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Minimum 2 years of experience in any retail industry
Manage daily outlet operations
Lead and coordinate the sales team
Monitor sales performance and customer service
Handle store requirements, stock coordination and daily reporting
Ensure store discipline, cleanliness and operational standards
Resolve customer and staff-related issues when required
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant retail experience
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Responsible and punctual
Ability to work in a team
Sales-oriented and target-focused
Candidates who can work in a quick-paced retail workplace are preferred
