Job Summary

Alvorn Seven Associates is looking for confident and target-oriented Sales Executives to handle customer communication, generate leads, conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Explain products/services, pricing and offers.
Negotiate and close sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Update customer information and activities in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain professional relationships with customers.
Prepare sales and follow-up reports.

Candidate Requirements
12th pass / graduate
USA accent is mandatory
Excellent English communication skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive customer-handling abilities.




Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Previous sales/telesales/BPO experience preferred.
Freshers with excellent English and a positive USA accent may also apply.

7:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday
