We are looking for enthusiastic Sales and marketing Interns to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales and marketing Intern, you will connect with potential customers, pitch residential projects, generate interest, and convert leads into site visits.
You will work on projects that we represent as a mandate firm, giving you hands-on exposure to real estate sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers from the provided lead database.
Pitch and promote residential apartment projects to prospective buyers.
Explain project details, configurations, pricing, amenities, location, and other relevant information.
Generate interest and identify customers who are interested in visiting the project.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Convince interested prospects to schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled site visits.
Maintain accurate records of leads,
calls, follow-ups, and site visits.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and site-visit targets.
Regularly follow up with leads to move them through the sales process.
What We’re Looking For
Freshers and students interested in Real Estate Sales / Pre-Sales.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Positive follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn about real estate projects and sales.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
