Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, online channels, and field activities.
Identify and connect with potential customers and vendors.
Promote the company's products and services.
Explain services to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
Visit potential customers and businesses as required.
Support customer and vendor onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Assist the team with sales and marketing activities.
