About the Role
Grochure Global is looking for a Sales Growth Specialist to drive business growth in the US hospitality market. You will be responsible for prospecting hotels, generating leads, conducting cold calls, managing follow-ups, and closing deals over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Cold call hotels and hospitality businesses across the US to generate new business.
Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct sales conversations, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.
Manage prospect communication and follow-ups through email and phone.
Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
Research and identify current hotel prospects and business opportunities.
Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after closing.
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development.
Experience selling to the US market preferred.
Hospitality/hotel industry experience is a plus.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based sales.
Strong lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and email management.
Target-driven, proactive, and persistent approach to sales.
Willingness to work in US-aligned shifts.
