Sales Manager – Payday Loan Sales Key Responsibilities: Drive payday loan sales and achieve business targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team . Set and monitor team targets & individual KPIs .

Handle loan sanctioning and ensure smooth processing. Monitor and coordinate loan disbursement activities. Track daily performance, conversions, and sales productivity.
