Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Indore Area. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers for DC fast charging solutions, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and maintaining robust, long-term customer relationships. The specialist will support marketing initiatives by promoting products and services, assisting with campaigns, and gathering market insights to refine sales strategies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries,



delivering product presentations and basic training to clients, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their needs effectively.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive opportunities, manage pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
Candidates should possess Training experience to explain product features, usage, and value propositions to customers and partners.
Relevant experience in EV, energy, or technology sectors is beneficial, along with basic understanding of charging infrastructure or related products.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, and proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office, are preferred.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Indore Area, travel locally as needed, and collaborate effectively within a diverse, fast-paced startup environment.
