Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and requirements.
Communicate with customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Prepare and maintain quotations, sales documents, and customer records.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch.
Update sales data and maintain MIS/FMS sheets.
Track customer enquiries, leads, orders, and pending activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and follow-up reports.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up on customer requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of sales-related activities.
Support the sales team in achieving smooth and timely execution of orders.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,375.39 per month
