Develop and implement the overall sales and business development strategy for Seed2Plant.
Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
Identify current markets, territories, schools, and institutional opportunities for business expansion.
Build and maintain solid relationships with school principals, management, coordinators, and key decision-makers.
Lead high-value meetings, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Develop strategic partnerships and institutional tie-ups to drive long-term business growth.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
