Responsibilities
Coordinating with Concern sales persons, forwarding mails, current enquires
Vendor registration in various portal for the recent development items and tender portals
Supporting current sales persons in identifying the customers and providing previous details if available.
Identifying new tenders in portals
Preparing Quotation, Tender documents & monthly presentations
Follow up Pending Payment, Tender EMD and SD
Getting drawing approval from customer and forwarding to production
Getting dispatch details from factory and forwarding to customers
Follow up on pending offers, expected orders
Review of Purchase order and preparing documents required for dispatch
Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing and deliveries are handled efficiently
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
Ensure to follow the company rules, regulation and policies

Qualifications
4+ years' experience in sales coordination or related role
Diploma Mechanical/Any Graduate
