Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive – Jewellery, based in Raviwar Peth in the Pune Division.

The Sales

Executive will assist customers in selecting jewellery, explain product features and pricing, and ensure a positive in-store experience. Daily tasks include greeting customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable designs, and handling billing and documentation with accuracy. The role involves maintaining displays, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with inventory staff, and supporting promotional activities.

The Sales

Executive will also be responsible for following store policies, managing customer queries and concerns, and contributing to sales targets and overall store performance.

Qualifications
Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury products, with strong customer-facing skills.
Ability to understand product details, including materials, craftsmanship, and pricing, and explain them clearly to customers.




Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
Basic numerical skills and comfort with billing systems, POS tools, and handling cash or digital transactions accurately.
Attention to detail in product handling, display management, and documentation, with a focus on maintaining store standards.
High level of integrity and reliability, with a qualified attitude and commitment to ethical sales practices.
Ability to work in office in Raviwar Peth, Pune Division, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
Minimum high school education; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or related fields is an advantage.
Proficiency in local languages and basic English; prior experience dealing with diverse customers is beneficial.
Willingness to learn about jewellery trends, new collections, and product knowledge on an ongoing basis.
