Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial automation products
Identify new business opportunities in sectors like water treatment, power, and data centers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators
Handle key accounts and large-value projects
Drive lead generation , pipeline management, and conversion
Collaborate with technical teams for solution-based selling
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related field
Proven experience in industrial automation sales (PLC, SCADA, IIoT, networking)
Robust leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication,



negotiation, and presentation abilities
Ability to handle B2B sales cycles and technical discussions
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Skills
Experience in brands like Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Phoenix Contact , etc.
Exposure to panel builders, EPC contractors, and OEMs
Strong network in industrial sectors
