Role & responsibilities
Drive LAP business through the DSA/Channel Partner network.
Identify, onboard and manage current DSAs and channel partners.
Generate leads and achieve monthly disbursement/business targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.
Maintain solid relationships with DSAs and ensure regular business flow.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Legal teams for smooth processing.
Track competition, market trends and DSA performance.
Ensure quality sourcing and portfolio growth.
