Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to sell & Provide customised solutions for technical textile products such as lifting slings, webbing, and lashing solutions to industrial customers. The role includes handling key clients, finding new business, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage B2B sales in industrial sectors.
Find current customers in oil & gas, construction, logistics, Heavy engineering, energy, steel and defence.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close orders.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Coordinate with production and dispatch for order delivery.
Give product presentations to customers.
Track market trends and competitor activities.
Travel regularly for client meetings.
Required Skills
Knowledge of industrial or technical products (lifting/safety products preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements.
Customer-focused approach.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering / Textile / Business).
MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Candidates with 3–5 years of similar industrial sales experience can also apply.
