We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring all vendor invoices, employee expenses, and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of hands-on AP experience, possess robust analytical skills, and can successfully manage vendor relationships while identifying prospects for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and accurately code a high volume of vendor invoices. Match invoices against purchase orders (POs) and receiving documents using three-way matching principles.
