Sales & Marketing Executive – Logistics / Freight Forwarding

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive with relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or NVOCC.

The candidate should have strong communication and client-handling skills, experience in lead generation, sales follow-ups and business development, and a good understanding of import/export processes.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads.
Handle inbound sales enquiries.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal operations teams for confirmed requirements.
Prepare qualified emails and quotations.
Maintain client databases and sales records.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Follow up with clients for successful conversion and business closure.





Requirements
1–3 years of Sales & Marketing experience.
1–2 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding or NVOCC preferred.
Understanding of import/export processes.
Excellent verbal communication and written English.
Robust persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Positive client relationship management skills.
Experience in inbound sales and client handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email tools.
Graduate in any discipline.
Relevant industry experience is mandatory. Freshers are not eligible.
