Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to support residential solar sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential residential customers through field marketing, research, inbound enquiries, and outbound outreach.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and direct customer engagement.
Conduct Door-to-Door marketing and field sales activities.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals and contracts.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to drive conversions.
Coordinate client meetings, demonstrations and field visits.
Process sales orders and ensure timely completion of required documentation.
Coordinate with production, logistics and finance teams for smooth project execution.
Track sales activities and update weekly dashboards.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts and MIS for internal reviews.




Stay updated on solar industry trends, market developments and competitor activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
1–4 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the solar industry.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of solar energy systems, net metering, subsidy mechanisms and relevant industry regulations.
Strong follow-up, documentation and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced setting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
