Job Responsibilities
Handle sales and purchase-related calling and follow-ups.
Contact existing and potential customers to understand requirements and generate business enquiries.
Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for product availability, pricing, quotations and procurement requirements.
Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
Follow up with suppliers regarding purchase orders, pricing, dispatch and delivery schedules.
Prepare and share quotations, enquiry details, order information and follow-up reports.
Maintain proper records of customer and supplier communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales and purchase orders.
Identify recent business prospects through calling, networking and follow-ups.
Assist management with day-to-day sales, purchase and commercial activities.
Handle communication through phone, email and WhatsApp in a skilled manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
