OMAD Builders & Developers is looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Identify potential customers and understand their requirements.
Present and promote OMAD Builders & Developers' properties and projects.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.
Conduct property/project presentations and site visits.
Negotiate with customers and successfully close deals.
Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective clients.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales, negotiation,



and deal-closing abilities.
Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
Ability to build trust and maintain good customer relationships.
Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and a robust interest in sales are also welcome to apply.

Compensation
Attractive Basic Salary

Pay: ₹9,138.95 - ₹36,794.72 per month
