Key Responsibilities:
Drive Gold Loan business and distribution across the assigned area.
Identify current markets, branches and sales channels for business growth.
Achieve monthly Gold Loan business targets and grow AUM.
Recruit, manage and motivate Gold Loan Officers/Territory Managers.
Manage customer acquisition and renewals.
Build relationships with valuers and valuation agencies.
Ensure compliance, fraud prevention and portfolio quality.
