Lead the implementation of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP FICO settings to optimize financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide training to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Prepare documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO enhancements and best practices, recommending improvements to existing processes.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities,



ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
SAP certification in FICO is preferred.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, MM, etc.).
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Project management experience is an advantage.
