Your Role
Lead and participate in SAP IS-Retail and S/4HANA Retail implementation, rollout, and support projects across the retail value chain.
Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, design functional solutions, and configure SAP Retail processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, FICO, CAR, and POS systems to ensure seamless business integration.
Support testing, user training, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization while ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.

Your Profile
6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP IS-Retail with robust knowledge of Merchandise Management, Assortment Management, Pricing, Promotions, Purchasing, Inventory, and Store Operations.




Proven experience in at least one or more end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Retail implementation projects with expertise in business process design and configuration.
Robust understanding of retail master data, article management, site management, listing, replenishment, and integration with SAP MM, SD, and FICO modules.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in global delivery environments.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository), SAP F&R;, POS integration, and Omnichannel Retail processes.
Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Fiori applications, and Agile project delivery.
Exposure to SAP Retail analytics and reporting solutions.
SAP Certification in SAP Retail or SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage.
