Job Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits.
Manage benefit programs including reimbursements, allowances, insurance, pensions, and other employee benefit plans.
Configure eligibility rules, perk schedules, enrollment processes, and event-based benefit management.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations.
Support global benefits catalog governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Perform system testing, documentation, and post-production support.
Provide accurate reporting and insights related to employee advantages and eligibility.

Mandatory Skills
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Certification is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Employee Central Benefits module.




Strong understanding of Benefits Administration and Employee Lifecycle processes.
Experience in configuration, implementation, and support of EC Benefits solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Experience in global EC Advantages implementations.
Exposure to multi-country advantages configuration and rollout.
Knowledge of integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules is an added advantage.
