We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Senior Accountant to oversee our daily financial operations, ledger integrity, and reporting cycles. The ideal candidate brings robust accounting expertise combined with deep hands-on proficiency in Zoho Books to streamline our invoicing, automated workflows, tax compliances, and multi-currency reconciliations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day general ledger transactions, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations exclusively via Zoho Books.

Invoicing & Billing Cycles: Oversee custom template creation, recurring invoices, client payment portals, and automated payment follow-ups to maintain healthy cash flow.

Tax & Compliance Management: Prepare, verify, and file statutory returns (GST, VAT, or local taxes)



utilizing built-in Zoho Books tax reporting matrices and audit trails.

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, and customized management reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Ecosystem Integration: Maintain data harmonization by linking Zoho Books with complementary platforms (e.g., Zoho Expense, Zoho Inventory, Stripe, or major business banking feeds).

Audit Readiness: Coordinate with external auditors, providing organized digital trails, supporting documentation, and transaction histories directly from the platform repository.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
