Job Summary The Accounts & Administration Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, statutory compliances, and administrative operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Tally ERP, GST and TDS processes, reconciliations, vendor/client coordination, payroll support, and audit readiness, along with robust organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare tax invoices and e-invoices on the GST portal and ensure timely and accurate filings.
Follow up with clients for payments through emails and calls; maintain AR ageing and collection notes.
Prepare and maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash and expense claims with proper documentation.
Review and compile monthly MIS reports and highlight variances and actionable insights.
Verify TDS workings and process payments; maintain challans and related records.
Verify GST workings and payments; ensure accurate returns and supporting schedules.
Conduct GSTR-2A reconciliation and coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies.
Handle scrutiny matters and monthly statutory compliances as per applicable regulations.
Prepare financial documents and schedules as requested by the Manager and Directors.
Coordinate closely with Directors on finance and administrative matters.
Manage routine administrative and procurement activities on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycles.
Maintain monthly attendance records and assist with payroll checking and disbursement.
Coordinate with external auditors and support year-end closing and audit report finalization.
Liaise with the Company Secretary for MCA compliances related to the company and its Directors.
Prepare and maintain ISO-related documentation for internal and external audits.
Required Skills
Robust understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally ERP, and other accounting software.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliances.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable time-management skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
