Role & responsibilities
Bank Work &
Loan Sanctioning: Lead the sanctioning, renewal, and enhancement of working capital and term loans; prepare project reports, cash flow projections, and manage daily banking/treasury operations.
Accounting &
MIS: Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and assist in preparing accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis.
Taxation &
Compliance: Manage timely computation and filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law compliances.
Audits &
Controls: Coordinate internal, statutory, and bank stock audits; ensure timely closure of audit queries and strengthen internal controls.
ERP &
Automation: Drive effective financial operations and reporting using SAP-FICO and analytical tools like Power BI.
Team Support: Guide and supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate with external banks, auditors, and internal teams.
