Role & responsibilities
Manage and support AI-based automation solutions running in production.
Ensure application availability, stability and SLA compliance.
Support deployment and go-live of AI solutions across current locations and business units.
Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Coordinate with business teams to understand feedback, issues and training requirements.
Work closely with development/technical teams to resolve application and technical issues.
Develop and support solutions using Python, Azure and Generative AI/LLMs.
Hands-on experience with NLP, RAG, Document Intelligence, APIs and Microservices.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and MLflow.
Strong understanding of databases and application integration.
Ability to work across AI,



automation, production support and application management.
Robust communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidates with 30 to 45 days or less notice period will be preferred.
Candidates with strong hands-on experience in Python, Azure, Generative AI/LLMs, RAG, NLP and Document Intelligence.
Experience in AI application production support, automation and deployment/go-live activities will be preferred.
Robust ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.
