Senior AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI & Agentic AI

About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to build next-generation intelligent products powered by Generative AI, Agentic AI and machine learning. This role is suited for someone who enjoys taking AI from experimentation to production and solving complex problems involving LLMs, intelligent search, recommendations, personalization and automation. You will work closely with engineering, product and data teams to build AI systems that understand user intent, reason over information and deliver highly relevant experiences.

What you'll work on
Design and build production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI applications
Develop LLM-powered workflows, AI agents and intelligent decision systems
Work on search, retrieval, recommendations and personalization
Build RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks and LLM orchestration workflows
Apply ML and GenAI to understand user intent and behaviour
Experiment with emerging AI models, tools and architectures
Take AI prototypes from POC to scalable production systems
Work with large-scale data and AI infrastructure




Partner with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact AI use cases

What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science or related engineering roles
Solid Python and experience with ML frameworks
Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI
Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases and LLM evaluation
Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents or multi-step AI workflows
Experience with search, recommendation, ranking or personalization is a solid plus
Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals
Experience building and deploying AI systems at scale
