Job Summary

Were building the AI systems that power enterprise transformation for companies across 40+ countries. As a Senior AI / ML Engineer, youll design, train, and deploy production-grade models that solve real-world problems at scale.

Responsibilities
Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving
Fine-tune and deploy large language models for enterprise use cases
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI-powered features
Conduct model evaluation, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal AI knowledge base
Stay current with research and translate current techniques into practical solutions

Requirements
5+ years of skilled ML/AI engineering experience
Strong Python skills; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks




Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, WB, Kubeflow, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in an asynchronous, remote-first setting

Nice to have
Published research or open-source contributions
Experience with computer vision or multi-modal models
Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS environments
