Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a technically skilled Technical Application Support Engineer with 24 years of experience in application support, system troubleshooting, infrastructure basics, and technical log analysis.

The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting application issues, analyzing application and system logs, supporting Windows and Linux settings, working with MS SQL databases, and identifying the root cause of technical issues.

The role requires a valuable understanding of application architecture, operating systems, networking, databases, and application behavior.
