Duties and Responsibilities

Security Strategy and Implementation
Developing and implementing comprehensive security protocols and procedures to protect properties and occupants.
Conducting regular risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities. Developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
Overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of security systems, including access control, surveillance (CCTV), and alarm systems

Security Personnel Management
Supervising security personnel, ensuring proper training and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Managing security staff, including recruitment, performance management, and development.

Emergency Preparedness and Incident Response:
Developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans and procedures.




Responding effectively to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Investigating security incidents and implementing corrective actions.

Budget Management
Developing and managing the security budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving prospects

Liaison with Police
Establishing and maintaining communication with local police departments to ensure security, address any potential issues, and coordinate on matters related to the project.

Graduate in any disciple

Pay: Up to ₹52,000.00 per month
