JOB VACANCY – SECURITY STAFF

Position: Security Staff

Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Work Setting: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Centre , NGO

We are looking for responsible, alert and disciplined Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our patients/inmates, staff, visitors and premises. Both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure the overall safety and security of the rehabilitation centre and its premises.
Monitor and control the entry and exit of patients, staff, visitors and other individuals.
Maintain visitor records, entry/exit registers and other security-related records.
Regularly monitor the campus and conduct routine security rounds/patrols.
Maintain vigilance around patient residential areas, gates, boundary areas and other significant locations.
Verify and monitor visitors, service personnel, vendors and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.




Handle patients respectfully and calmly while ensuring security and safety.
Ensure that the main gate and other access points are properly secured during designated hours.
Follow the organization's security procedures, safety guidelines and instructions from management.
Perform other security-related duties assigned by the organization.

Preferred Skills
Alert, responsible and disciplined.
Ability to remain calm and handle situations patiently.
Positive observation skills and situational awareness.
Physically fit and able to perform routine security rounds.
Previous experience in hospital, rehabilitation centre, residential facility or institutional security will be an added advantage.
