Role & responsibilities

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Smoke, and UAT testing.
Validate Salesforce Lightning components, custom objects, workflows, process builders, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Execute automation test suites and analyze test results.
Conduct API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA.
Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous quality improvements.
Prepare test execution reports and provide testing status updates.
