Senior Architect – Hospital Projects

Experience: Minimum 10+ Years

Qualification: B.Arch / M.Arch

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the architectural team.
Handle architectural design, drawings, detailing, and documentation.
Attend client meetings, understand requirements, and present design proposals.
Coordinate with Civil, Structural, MEP, Medical Gas, Biomedical, and other consultants.
Review drawings and ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Guide and mentor junior architects.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
Experience in hospital/healthcare projects is an added advantage.
Robust leadership, communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and relevant architectural software.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
