We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with robust expertise in design, estimation, and project management of residential and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in flat promotion, building construction, and overall project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise civil construction projects from planning to completion.
Prepare and review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Handle project estimation, costing, quantity calculations, and budgeting.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and timelines.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved designs and specifications.
Review construction drawings and provide technical guidance to site teams.
Prepare project schedules and monitor execution against planned timelines.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.




Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
Manage project documentation, approvals, measurements, and contractor bills.

Requirements:
DCE / Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering.
Strong experience in design, estimation, and project management.
Experience in residential buildings, flat promotion, and building construction projects.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, costing, and project planning.
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and specifications.
Good coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to independently manage projects and site teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and relevant project management tools is preferred.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
