Summary:

As a Senior Associate you will be playing a key role supporting senior colleagues in managing a small portfolio and organizing & reviewing work. You will manage a small team of Associates and be a key client contact.

Location: Bangalore, Kolkata, India.

Responsibilities:
Leading on audit reviews, agreeing audit timetables, briefing the audit team (including other specialists) and monitoring budgets
Leading an exciting small portfolio of diverse clients and provide them with an exceptional level of clarity and insight on complicated issues
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, recognizing the value of exceptional client service and ensuring you always understand and manage the client’s expectations effectively
Assisting your senior colleagues when generating current business, from target stage to proposal and beyond
Responsible for managing, motivating, and coaching team members, providing regular feedback, and supporting their development

Qualifications/Skills/Experiencce:
At least three years of post-qualification External Audit experience with an international professional service firm




Professionally qualified (CA, CPA, ACCA)
Experience working on complex audits and delegating workloads accordingly
Comfortable using audit software and Microsoft packages
Strong technical accounting skills with a sound knowledge of IFRS
Experience auditing groups and listed entities
Ability to supervise staff and lead projects
Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements, even in a virtual workplace
Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.
Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, rapid-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
Solid leadership, recruiting, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Ability to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites
