Role Overview

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising casting production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are achieved. You will also lead and support shop-floor operators, monitor machine performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure a protected working setting and adherence to safety practices.
Monitor production, quality, and delivery performance.
Manage manpower allocation and shop-floor activities.
Identify and resolve production issues.
Support machine maintenance and die changeover activities.
Train and guide operators on standard operating procedures.
Drive continuous improvement and team engagement initiatives.

Eligibility
Diploma in Mechanical / Foundry / Metallurgy / Production Engineering, OR
BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Metallurgy.
5 8 years of experience.
