Talent

Acquisition &
Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operational roles.
Publish job posts, screen profiles, and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview pipelines and background verifications.
Issue offer letters, appointment documentation, and conduct structured employee inductions.
HR Operations &
Compliance
Oversee daily attendance, leave logs, and HRMS data updates.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, deductions, and grievance handling.
Ensure statutory adherence to local labor laws, including PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, and Gratuity regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and generate periodic HR MIS reports.
Performance &
Employee Relations
Facilitate probation confirmations and annual performance appraisal cycles.
Act as a dependable point of contact for employee queries, conflict resolution, and counseling.
Enforce internal workplace policies, handle disciplinary actions, and manage exit/full-and-final (F&F;) formalities.
Engagement &
Development




Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal training/L&D; calendars.
Plan employee engagement activities, team-building events, and pulse surveys to retain talent.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and hands-on experience with up-to-date HRMS/ATS software (e.g., Zoho People).
Knowledge: Sound understanding of local labor legislation, compensation metrics, and employee lifecycle management.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, active listening, conflict management, and high discretion with confidential data.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
