Key Responsibilities
Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell prospects.
Drive revenue targets through pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular tracking of conversions and closures.
Work closely with clients or consultants, recruitment team, and cross-functional commercial actions.

Qualification Criteria
Minimum of 15 years of experience in business management or a related field.




Proven track record in business development within the automotive or engineering services domain.
Solid understanding of revenue growth strategies and forecasting.
