We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to independently handle the complete end-to-end HR operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
Employee onboarding & documentation
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Employee relations & grievance handling
HR policies & disciplinary actions
Performance appraisal & employee development
Statutory compliance & HR documentation
Employee exit & full & final settlement
HR MIS, reporting & manpower planning
Manage and guide the HR team
Coordinate with management and department heads on all HR matters

Requirements:
8+ years of relevant HR experience
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Robust communication, leadership & employee-handling skills
Positive knowledge of HR operations, payroll, compliance & MS Excel
Ability to independently manage the complete HR function

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
