Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Nodal Officer
under IEPF Rules, 2016:
You will be responsible for the work of below mentioned entitiess:
a) 1 Private finance company
b) 1 NBFC company (unlisted)
c) 4 Trusts
d) Over & above, some work of listed companies.
Job Role
Responsibilities as Company Secretary and Compliance officer under the Companies Act,
2013, SEBI(LODR), 2015, SEBI(PIT), 2015, SEBI(SAST), 2011, Securities Laws etc. and
Corporate compliance management.
-Co-ordinate with the Board of Directors, Top Management, Registrar and
