Senior Implementation Engineer

Role

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to build and configure business applications on our Low-Code / No-Code platform and lead a small implementation team.

Responsibilities
Understand business requirements and convert them into application solutions.
Design and configure forms, workflows, business rules, dashboards, reports, roles, and integrations.
Configure and customize applications based on customer requirements.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, UAT support, and deployment.
Work closely with customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
Manage implementation timelines, issues, and deliverables.
Lead, mentor, and review the work of a small team of Implementation Engineers.




Prepare functional documentation and implementation guidelines.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in software implementation, application development, or business application configuration.
Experience with Low-Code / No-Code platforms are preferred.
Good understanding of workflows, databases, REST APIs, and business processes.
Basic knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills are key.
Experience handling customers and leading/mentoring a small team.
